THE RULES FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

  1. Don't Smoke!
  2. Don't accustom to alcohol!
  3. Not to the Drugs!
  4. Do not overdo with the coffee and sodas!
  5. Sports are least one hour daily and spend more time outdoors!
  6. Do not sit in front of the computer all the day!
  7. Consume daily fresh fruit and vegetables and avoid junk food!
  8. Protect your health and preventive visit your doctor!
  9. Keep the excellent health care!
